Kathy lives in Whitstable, Kent. She became known as The Artist in the Attic when her studio was a loft, accessible only by ladder. Today her studio is a garden outbuilding which has a nameplate engraved with the words THE ATTIC. So she is still The Artist in the Attic.
Her artwork is primarily but not exclusively abstract. She specialises in textured mixed media paintings and in fluid art, using a variety of tools and techniques that go beyond the traditional brush and palette. She has sold well over 1000 original paintings.
Kathy creates original artwork (with no copy prints), using quality new and recycled materials. Her prices are affordable, because she deals only with you, with no agent involved.
